The rules for ordering roses from United Flower Farms.

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed with United Flower Farms UnitedFarms S.A. ("United Flower Farms", "we", "us"), a company based in Ecuador (RUC 1793236513001). By opening an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who can buy

We sell to businesses such as importers, wholesalers and event florists. We do not sell to the general public. Flowers ship through commercial cargo agencies, so every customer needs an approved account with us and their own account with a cargo agency.

2. Your account

Each account has a customer code. To place an order you enter your customer code and a one-time code that we send to the email address on your account. Keep your customer code private. Orders placed with your code and a valid one-time code are treated as your orders.

Once the flowers have been handed over there, they are your responsibility and we are not responsible for what happens afterwards, including delays, handling or temperature during transport. You arrange and pay for freight with your cargo agency.

10. Quality claims

If you find a problem with the quality of the flowers, report it within 36 hours after the flowers arrive, with the photos described in our Claims and Quality Policy.
